This specialized program is designed to help our Ballari runners and cyclists build the strength and power needed to excel in their chosen sports. We focus on functional movements that translate directly to improved performance on the road or trail.
Program Details:
- Days: Wednesdays and Fridays
- Time: 5:50 AM to 7:00 AM
- Location: Ballari District Stadium, Track Area
- Focus: Building strength for improved running and cycling performance
Note: Any changes in Time and Location would be communicated via whatsapp groups of BCRF
What to Expect:
- Dynamic warm-up routines to prepare your body for the workout.
- Bodyweight exercises, kettlebell movements, and mini loop band exercises to target key muscle groups.
- Cool-down stretches to enhance flexibility and recovery.
- Expert guidance and modifications to ensure proper form and prevent injuries.
- A supportive and motivating group environment.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Mini loop bands
- Kettlebell/Dumbell (6-8 Kgs)
- Water bottle
- Comfortable workout attire
