Reporting: 5 AM for all runners (10k, 5k and 3k)
Flag Off: 6:15 AM for 10k run, 6:30 AM for 5k run, 6:40 AM for 3k Majja Run
Closing Ceremony & Prize Distribution: 7:30 AM onwards
Sorry, but we do not have an option for manual registrations. But in case you have bulk registrations of more than 25 members, you can use our contact form to connect with us for the same.
Registrations will close latest by 15th July 2024, or earlier if all our registration slots are filled.
All The Participants (Registered before 15th July) for 10k and 5k will get:
- Personalized BIB with your name and RFID Timing Chip
- DryFit T-shirt (only if registered before 15th July 2024)
- e-Certificate with Race Timing (within 2 days post run completion)
- Completion Timing SMS (post completion of your run)
- Beautifully Crafted Finisher Medal (post completion of your run)
- Breakfast and Refreshments After Completing Run
- Trophies to the Winners in each of the categories
All The Participants (Registered before 15th July) for 3k Majja Run will get:
- Personalized BIB (non-timed) with your name
- DryFit T-shirt (only if registered before 15th July 2024)
- Event Participation e-Certificate (within 2 days post run completion)
- Breakfast and Refreshments After Completing Run
Other support during the event for all participants:
- Post-run refreshment to all Participants
- On Route Hydration to all Participants
- Free Photographs of the event
- Medical support, in case of any emergencies
- Zumba, Cool Down Stretches After Run , Music, Dhol and lot of Fun
- Event photos will be shared post 2-3 days of event date. Details on the same would be posted on our FB / Insta page and communicated via email.
Please note that the registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the Steel City Run 2024. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/ tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoters separately.
Race Day T-shirt is complimentary for all registrants who register before 15th July, 2024. The sizes are ordered well in advance. While we try our best to get you the correct size, the organizers will not be held responsible in case of shortage of t-shirts or improper sizes.
Your race kit (BIB, t-Shirt, and maybe some goodies too), will be distributed a day prior to the event, on 3rd August 2024. The venue for the same would be Hotel Rock Garden (click for map). Timings to collect the kit would be from morning 9:30 AM till 6 PM on 3rd August, 2024.
Please note that BIB and tees will not be given on the race day or later under any circumstance. It has to be collected prior to the event on the BIB collection day only (3rd August, 2024), within the above specified time.
Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?
For the 10K Timed Run, the minimum age to participate is 15+ years*.
For the 5k Timed Run, the minimum age to participate is 12+ years*.
For non-Timed 3K Majja Run, the minimum age to participate is 12+ years*.
No upper age limit for any of the run categories.

Currently no cancellations are possible and registration fees are non-refundable, nor can the registration be transferred to any other person.

No. Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the registered participant from this edition and the subsequent edition. Further, the organizer reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.
IMPORTANT: All running bibs have a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant submitted by them while registering. Persons without a bib WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list shared with the group POC and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Organizers can also blacklist the group from participating in the next edition, if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.
We will not be able to replace a bib once issued and duly collected by the participant or his/her authorized representative.
